February International Communion Sharing Circle

For our next Communion gathering in February I have invited Lenna Sachinis and Nadine Lemoine, who I met through a co-work/co-live experience in Portugal to join us and collaborate on the theme of Anchoring AND Expansion.

As I have been geographically mobile for the last few years, I have found it fascinating to learn how people across the globe are finding that balance of feeling rooted through a stable sense of routine and community, while also making room to find inspiration through peak experiences and new connections.

As humans, we seem to need both anchoring and expansion, but struggle to find the balance of the two, and properly integrate these two facets of what we desire. If we are seeking expansion through travel or inward journeys, how can we also prioritize anchoring? If we are in a season of anchoring, how can we also make more room for expansion? We will learn from each other's experiences around these topics as part of our shared communion time at this session.

Agenda:

  • Welcome & Meditation

  • Group Introductions

  • Intro & Review Theme: Expansion AND Anchoring

  • Grounding and Joy-Based Practices

  • Closing

About the Series:

Through this series we explore themes around integration of key ideas in a communal space: spirituality AND success, sex AND sacredness, Eastern AND western, Global AND local, Tradition AND Trailblazing, etc. We will do this with an international community of impact-driven people who are values-aligned. Through this platform we will have the chance to elevate wisdom keepers, facilitate cross-cultural connection, and nurture each other with new tools and practices. If you know of others who might find value in being part of this community or network, feel free to let me know.

Suggested Investment: Suggested donation of $20.23 at the completion of the event to appreciate the time and talents of facilitators (paypal: escutchfield@gmail.com)

About the Guest Facilitators

Lenna blends her experience as an integration coach & facilitator, EFT practitioner, chef, and inner journey voyager to create a unique and holistic offering, and her deepest calling is to support people going through transformational shifts using plant medicine. Lenna thrives in ceremonial space where people come together in raw, unmasked vulnerability and holds group and 1-1 ceremonies with psilocybin. Lenna considers herself to be a work in progress and believes that healing is a lifelong journey where we grow and evolve continuously. She feels like she's found her purpose and is honored to support people who are walking this brave path. For more info about Lenna and her work, click here.

Nadine loves to explore her relationship with community, her connection with nature and strives to get to know herself a little bit more everyday. She’s an academic, project designer, educator, environmentalist, geographer, feminist but most of all, she’s an adventure seeker, driven by curiosity, powerfully creative and connection seeker who prides herself in joyfully embracing the beauty that every day brings. Nadine is the co-founder of EarthLight, an education-based platform which provides spaces for inner transformation. She is a certified Ashtanga + vinyasa (200 RYT) and Kundalini yoga teacher (300 RYT) and is enjoying discovering multiple types of energy work, specifically Reiki and the Usui lineage. Nadine is always striving to become more aware and present, specifically being able to follow her intuition and leaning into her personal power. For more on Nadine and her work, click here.
