About Rick
As an experienced independent management consultant with an engineering background, I collaborate with start-ups, scale-ups, and corporates mostly in renewable energy, energy transition, nature conservation, and sustainability. My goal is to amplify their positive impact and drive meaningful change. Drawing on my experience with Shell, McKinsey, and as an independent consultant, I bring expertise in strategy and implementation, problem-solving, business analysis, storytelling, and project and programme management.
In addition to consulting, I am an accredited coach and facilitate leadership journeys in the wild. I work with executives and managers to help them discover a deeper sense of purpose by reconnecting with nature and their authentic selves.
