Announcing the Launch of Vision Activation Coaching Program

We all hit certain points in our life where we feel unsettled, uninspired, and a bit stale, especially if we are curious individuals who are used to taking on new challenges on a regular basis.

For those of us who are high achievers, these static points are often satisfied in choices to pursue further education in our 20s/30s, but once we have our masters or terminal degree, the conveyor belt ends, and we are left to our own devices to craft our own personal and professional evolution journey outside of the escalator provided by society. This is often the point where the “hits” of achievement can start to also lose their luster, leaving us longing for something more fulfilling, that doesn’t involve staring at a screen 8+ hours a day.

Hitting these spots at mid-career also have unique dynamics and constraints we have to work with differently than when we were young, uninhibited, and untethered. We often have more commitments, and as a result, more to lose if we make a big leap, without deeper consideration.

We are more aware of the sacrifices we might have to make in our relationships and other structures we have worked so hard to build to get us to this point of stability in our lives. And by this time, we might have had some disappointments when we made bold changes at other moments, that did not lead to the results we had hoped, that can make us a bit more “gun shy” about pursuing certain shifts or adjustments.

So we hesitate and we ponder as we look at what it might require to make the leap. Often the tools and networks we have developed that got us here, might not be the right array of resources to get us there.  So where do we begin?

With the naivety of our youth behind us, we crave a way forward that feels supportive and playful, but ALSO responsible and mature. A desire to see what transitions can look like that have the right blend of courage AND gentleness, independence AND interconnectedness, effort AND flow.

It is my intention that the Vision Activation Coaching program I have recently created is exactly the container you have been looking forward to lovingly guide you into your next chapter.

This 8-step program will engage your mind, heart, intuition, and innate skillfulness to create an integrated vision for your next chapter, that is inclusive of work, relationships, health, home, and recreation. Because let’s be honest, all of these things are deeply interwoven at this point in our lives, and changing one area often has significant impacts on others.

You will be supported to take time to reflect, imagine, grieve, release, engage, evaluate, enlist, and plan. The things that it can be so hard to create time to do in the midst of our busy schedules fulfilling our commitments across careers, family, and community. I will help you protect time to listen to your heart and soul, and provide some additional accountability to take action in alignment with these true and honest desires, so that you can remember the power you have within to create a life of deep fulfillment and joy.

This program has been developed based upon my own experimentation and seeking journey, where I have enlisted a variety of experiences, connections, and personal development resources to help me navigate my own way forward to a more integrated expression of myself, where society’s expectations, ego, and fear are no longer running the show.

For me, it has been a bumpy and disjointed road, and I want to support others in having a more seamless and light-hearted journey. Not to say you won’t feel challenged, but I promise to bring a blend of depth, creativity, and levity to the process, and a whole healthy dose of human connection, which we are all craving in a “post-covid” world.

Does this speak to you, on some level, and create a sense of curiosity to learn more? If so, let’s chat, and see if there is an authentic connection and sense of resonance. You can find time for a virtual coffee here. If I am not the right resource, I would still love to learn a bit about your story, and see if there is another connection point I might be able to point you towards that might help you find your way forward.

The uncertain path is worth pursuing, I promise. As Rumi shared, “As you start to walk on the way, the way appears,” and leaps into the great unknown are best enjoyed hand-in-hand with hopeful hearts and hands.
